Reservations:
Prices:
Prices per stay are determined by season per apartment up to 4 people. For each additional person an extra charge of 10 Euros is applied.
For group reservations or for long stays, different charges apply upon request.
Advance payment of 25% of the total amount is required.
Cancellation:
- In case of booking via an online platform (Booking, Airbnb, etc.) the platform terms apply.
- In case of direct booking and cancellation at least 22 days before the first night, the deposit is refundable. (Possible return costs of the deposit are borne by the customer).
- For cancellations less than 21 days from the date of arrival, the deposit is reserved.
- In case of no-show, the total amount of the reservation cost will be charged.
- In case of departure earlier than the scheduled departure date, 50% of the amount of the cancelled nights will be charged.
Arrivals & Departures:
Arrival Time: 14:00 pm
The day of arrival is calculated in full in terms of rent, regardless of the time of your arrival.
Check-out Time: 09:00 – 12:00 pm
Flexible hours only upon request and room availability.
Upon check-in, ID or passport and credit card will be presented for guarantee. In case of a damage done during the stay, the replacement cost will be charged.
The keys are given to the customer during check-in and returned to the reception during check-out. Card and apartment key should never be separated.
Lost and found:
In case of loss of personal belongings, the complex is not responsible. If an item is found, it can be kept for up to 15 days.
Common spaces:
BBQ: Use is allowed upon request.
Tree house and playground: Use at your own risk.
Living Rules:
- Music and noisy discussions are not allowed from 23.00 – 09.00, in the garden and balconies
- Αir Condition – Kitchen – Lights: They must not be in operation while the occupants are absent.
- The occupants should take-off the keys and white plate and close the A/C manually when leaving the rooms.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments.
- Housekeeping: It takes place from 9:00 to 14:00.
- Change of sheets / towels: What is defined by the specifications of Furnished Apartments for Rent
- Garbage: It must be thrown away in the bins outside the complex.
- The bin in the yard is only for the garden, and drinks consumed in the garden. Food leftovers are not allowed
- Laundry services are not provided. Only exceptionally in agreement with the host at fee 5€/time
- Pets: Allowed upon request at a cost of 10 E/day
